The holiday flat is named after the landlady. It is located on the ground floor and with a size of 70 sqm.
The flat has two floors. On the lower one there is a spacious living room with a south-facing balcony (terrace furniture and grill available) and an integrated kitchen with a bar and bar stools.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric kitchen stove, an oven, a fume hood, a comfortable seating-accommodation for up to five people (baby´s high chair available) and a small entrance with a separate doorway.
On the upper floor you will find two separate bedrooms (in both of them we can put an additional bed and one of them has an additional TV), a bathroom with a shower and a toilet and an additional separate toilet. The apartment is suitable for people suffering from allergies.
We recommend our holiday flat “GABI” especially to families with children because from the terrace the kids can access the garden and the children´s playground and you can easily see them from there.
