The holiday flat is named after our oldest daughter Constanze. It is located on the ground floor and with a size of 75 sqm.
The apartment has a spacious living room with a south-facing balcony (balcony furniture available), two bedrooms (in one of them you will find an additional TV and in this one we can also put an additional bed or cot).
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric kitchen stove, an oven, a fume hood and a comfortable seating-accommodation for up to six people (baby´s high chair available). Apart from that the flat has a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
The apartment is suitable for people suffering from allergies and for wheelchair users. We recommend our holiday flat “CONSTANZE” especially to families with children because from the terrace you can easily see what is happening in the garden and on the children´s playground and also because the flat has an own piece of garden.
