The holiday flat is named after our eldest daughter Constanze. It is located on the ground floor and with a size of 75 square metres is suitable for a maximum of 6 people. It has a spacious living room (additional sleeping possibility for 2 adults) with south-facing terrace (garden furniture available), two bedrooms (one with additional TV), whereby an extra bed or cot can be accommodated in one bedroom.
The separate kitchen with terrace (garden furniture and barbecue available) is equipped to a high standard with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, extractor fan and cosy seating for up to 6 people. (high chair can be provided).
There is also a shower with WC and an additional WC. The flat is suitable for wheelchair users and allergy sufferers.
We particularly recommend this holiday flat to families with children, as the garden with children’s playground is easily visible from the terrace and has its own garden area.
